Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. However, returns and exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
βœ” The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and stickers intact.
βœ” A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
βœ” The request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours with clear images or video evidence.

Once verified, we will:
βœ… Replace the product at no additional cost or
βœ… Issue a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.

Exchange Process

For eligible exchanges, customers can return the product and, once approved, receive a shopping voucher (excluding shipping costs) to use on Rova.pk for future purchases.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
βœ” The product received is defective or damaged.
βœ” The product does not match the description or order details.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days.

At Rova.pk, we stand behind the quality of our sanitaryware. We offer a 14-day replacement guarantee on all sanitary items, except electronic products.
